What this site is
Nibbly is a 3D hamster game you play in your browser. To play you need an account, paid for once. The terms of the game and of the purchase are in the terms and conditions.
Use of the site
By using this site you agree to do so in good faith: without trying to access other people's accounts, without attacking or overloading the server, and without using usernames that are offensive or impersonate someone else.
Intellectual property
The game, its code, graphics and texts, and the Nibbly name and logo belong to Albert Lujan Segura, except for the open-source libraries it uses, which keep their own licenses. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Liability
Nibbly is in beta: we do our best to make it work well and to keep your hamsters safe, but there may be bugs or interruptions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the site or for the content of external sites it links to.
