Terms and conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and Albert Lujan Segura, who runs Nibbly (albertseguralujan2@gmail.com). You accept them when you create your account.

The game

Nibbly is a 3D hamster game you play in your browser. It is in beta: we keep adding and changing things, and it may have bugs. We do our best so that your hamsters and your game are never lost.

Your account

Price and payment

The account costs €2.99, VAT included, as a one-time payment, with no subscriptions. It gives you access to the game for as long as Nibbly is available, with the new things we add.

This is the beta price: when the beta ends, the price for new accounts will go up. If you have already paid, you will not have to pay again.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it charges you, sends you the receipt, handles the taxes and deals with refunds. Its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.

Refunds

Nibbly is digital content you can use right after paying, so by law the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when you start playing. Even so, if you don't like it, write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund you, no questions asked. Once refunded, the account no longer gives access to the game.

This does not limit your legal rights if the game does not work as described.

If Nibbly closes

If we ever had to close Nibbly, we would announce it in advance in the game and by email.

Leaving

You can ask us to delete your account and your data by writing to albertseguralujan2@gmail.com from your account's email.

Changes to these terms

If we change them in any important way, we will let you know beforehand in the game or by email. We will never change the price of an account already paid for.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts where you live. More information in the legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
